6.2. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall FrozenFx be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Licensee’s use or inability to use the Digital Animations.
7. Termination
7.1. Termination: FrozenFx reserves the right to terminate the Licensee’s license at any time without cause. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the Digital Animations and destroy or delete any copies in their possession.
